caramel whipped cream , and the double custard cream fillings .
Marron and Sweet Potato Mont Blanc :

The chocolate cake with chestnuts and slices of sweet potatoes of Japanese
varieties , wrapped the Chestnut Mont Blanc cream , and then to the chestnuts ,
sweet potatoes , and walnuts .
Banana and Kiwi Fruits Zuccotto Roll Cake :
Granule of almonds and chocolate chips in whipped cream .
Dot delicious caramelized bananas , kiwi , and raspberry above it .
Beverages
Well used pine tables await our guests and warm tea served in a tea pot. Using a tea pot was very different back then as using tea bag was more common.
